Who attends the Ferry Shipping Summit?
The Summit brings together representatives and executives from ferry and RoRo operators, ports, shipyards, naval architects, equipment suppliers, technology companies and other maritime organisations
Why should I attend?
The programme combines concise industry discussions, practical solutions and extensive networking. The event is designed to deliver maximum value within two focused days: half the time, double the value. It also gives an update of the current market situation and other topics for the industry.
What is included in the delegate fee?

Is accommodation included?
No. Delegates arrange and pay for their own accommodation. A preferential hotel rate may be available, subject to availability.

Can I transfer my conference registration to a colleague?
Yes, substitutions should normally be accepted without charge.
What is the cancellation policy?
Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge if he/she carries a letter of authorization from the original delegate and if the conference office has been notified of the name of the substitute delegate before the conference.
If cancellation is made six weeks before the venue a fee of EUR 100,- will be charged. If cancellation is made after beforementioned date, no refunds will be made, and full payment is required.
Can suppliers attend as regular delegates?
Yes, although companies wishing to present their solutions or increase their visibility can also explore the sponsorship and commercial-speaker opportunities.
Will I receive an invoice?
If you book your delegate ticket on our website, you will automatically receive an invoice after payment has been received.
If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will receive payment instructions and you will receive an invoice as soon as bank transfer has been made.
If you choose to fill in an application form, you will be sent an invoice.
After you book
When will I receive confirmation of my registration?
The invoice you will receive after payment is proof that you are registered. Your delegate ticket will be sent to you 2 weeks before the event
When will the final programme be available?
The programme will be updated regularly, with the final version published at the event.
Is there a delegate list?
Registered delegates will receive access to the final participant list at the Summit.
What is the dress code?

Where and when can I collect my badge?
At the entrance of the Ferry Shipping Summit venue.
Are lunches and refreshments provided?
Yes: two lunches, one dinner, coffee breaks.
Who should I contact about dietary or accessibility requirements?
An email request will be sent to you 2 weeks before the event.
Will presentations be available afterwards?
Yes (if speaker allows)
