The Ferry Shipping Summit Returns to Malmö – Final Must-Attend Event of the Year

The annual Ferry Shipping Summit, launched in Amsterdam in 2018, is returning to Malmö for the third time – this year in a new venue, the Scandic Hotel Triangeln.

Efficiency

Our philosophy of efficiency has not changed: we know your time is precious. That’s why our format allows you to fly in on Thursday and head home on Friday, while still benefitting from two days of intensive debate, networking and inspiration. The location could not be more convenient – less than 30 minutes from Copenhagen Airport, one of Europe’s best-connected hubs.

Companies and Organisations that matter

Momentum is building fast. With the summer holidays over, bookings have surged, and executives from nearly 50 European ferry companies and ports have already signed up. We are also proud to welcome ESPO – a supporter since our foundation – and Interferry, who now joins the movement.

To ensure maximum value, participation is limited to just 200 delegates. With almost 65% of places already taken, now is the time to secure yours. [Register here]

Conference theme: Cutting-Edge Ferries, Future-Ready Ports

A strong programme is taking shape, with leading executives ready to debate the pressing issues facing the industry. As always, what sets the Summit apart is our use of seasoned moderators with decades of high-level experience in the ferry world – ensuring sharp, engaging discussions.

Pre-Summit Onboard Event

Arrive a little earlier and join us on Wednesday 12 November at 16:00 for a special visit onboard Polferries’ newest RoPax VARSOVIA in the Port of Ystad, a key Summit partner since 2018. Transport will be arranged from the hotel.

Hotel

Stay stress-free by booking your room at the Scandic Hotel Triangeln, just steps from Triangeln train station and directly connected to Copenhagen Airport via the iconic Öresund Bridge. [Book your hotel here]

Be part of the conversation shaping the ferry industry’s future.
